With over 25 years of experience in travel and hospitality, Tony Rodriguez brings deep destination expertise, operational leadership, and an unparalleled understanding of Cabo San Lucas to Limitless Curated Travel.
Based in Cabo for much of the year, Tony has played a pivotal role in the region’s evolution into one of Latin America’s most sought-after destinations. Through long-standing partnerships with major travel operators, resorts, and venues, he has helped shape large-scale tourism initiatives that continue to define Cabo’s global appeal.
Over the past decade, Tony has led the execution of some of the destination’s most complex and high-profile events, collaborating closely with local stakeholders to ensure experiences that are seamless, secure, and exceptionally well-run. His reputation is built on trust, consistency, and an ability to deliver calmly at scale.
In addition to his role at Limitless Curated Travel, Tony is a partner in multiple travel ventures spanning corporate incentives, group travel, and large-scale programming. Felix Goodson
Felix Goodson is a Southern California-based professional who thrives on connection through travel, sports, and entertainment.
With 35 years of experience, Felix has a knack for spotting potential and turning it into memorable experiences. A Chico State and San Diego State University alum, he helped launch a network of 10,000+ reps selling travel and events across the globe.
His work spans corporate wellness, sponsorships, and everything from boutique events to large-scale experiences.
Felix designs retreats, recognition trips, field-days, reunions, conferences, and masterminds that blend cohesion with a touch of adventure. He’s built a strong network of innovators and thought leaders, emphasizing collaboration and community.
