Tony Rodriguez
With over 25 years of experience in travel and hospitality, Tony Rodriguez brings deep destination expertise, operational leadership, and an unparalleled understanding of Cabo San Lucas to Limitless Curated Travel.
Based in Cabo for much of the year, Tony has played a pivotal role in the region’s evolution into one of Latin America’s most sought-after destinations. Through long-standing partnerships with major travel operators, resorts, and venues, he has helped shape large-scale tourism initiatives that continue to define Cabo’s global appeal.
Over the past decade, Tony has led the execution of some of the destination’s most complex and high-profile events, collaborating closely with local stakeholders to ensure experiences that are seamless, secure, and exceptionally well-run. His reputation is built on trust, consistency, and an ability to deliver calmly at scale.
In addition to his role at Limitless Curated Travel, Tony is a partner in multiple travel ventures spanning corporate incentives, group travel, and large-scale programming. Whether welcoming an executive leadership team or overseeing a multi-thousand-guest event, he leads with integrity, care, and a deep respect for the destination he calls home.
Felix Goodson
Felix Goodson brings more than three decades of experience designing experiences that foster connection, cohesion, and momentum. Based in Southern California, Felix’s background spans travel, sports, entertainment, and community-driven programming.
Over his career, Felix has helped build and lead expansive sales and event networks, launching platforms that connected thousands of representatives to travel and experiential offerings worldwide. His work bridges corporate wellness, sponsorships, and event design — from intimate retreats to large-scale, high-energy experiences.
Felix is known for his ability to translate vision into meaningful moments.
